Procuring rice forms are an important phase of the supply and export. The procurement requires a complete and appropriate knowledge of the rice market. It also requires the supplier to be equipped with the proper knowledge of the paddy fields / rice belts of good crop areas and grain markets where the farmers take their paddy crop after harvesting from the fields. We procure paddy from the special belts where the crop is healthy, the nutrients in the soil is high and use of pesticides is less. We have direct connection with the farmers to have delivery of crop directly into the factory from all over India. We also purchase the raw material / paddy from the Government authorized Grain Markets, where the dealers sell the paddy of farmers in huge quantity via auctioning. Our specialized paddy purchasers and inspectors, tests the quality of paddy on the spot and bring the high quality to factory so that we can deliver best quality rice to our clients across the globe.

Process and Milling

Rice in its natural form is uneatable. Therefore, milling and processing of rice is required for attaining the desired quality of rice. In our rice mill / factory, we process the raw material / paddy / unfinished rice, for making it polished and eatable. The main goal of processing of rice is the removal of bran and hulls from the rice so that its consumption becomes possible. Rice is the basic primary product obtained from paddy after raw material is processed. This rice is reprocessed for obtaining varied secondary and tertiary products. The main process to obtain the finished export quality rice from the raw material is as follows:

Drying of the Paddy at Dryer Plant

The exposure of paddy to gradual drying processes and controlled temperatures lowers the moisture levels prevalent in the paddy. Proper moisture level of the paddy and rice ensures the good cooking quality of the final product. Because, if the proper moisture level is not maintained in machines, then it will affect the cooking of rice and it becomes sticky after cooking. Our plant can dry 50 tons of paddy per hour. We ensure taking appropriate care so that none of the delicate portion of rice breaks while processing. Our technological solutions make us take every measure for avoiding Bacterial infection, fermentation or fungal infection so that we keep the hygiene and natural aroma intact.

Parboiling Process of Paddy

Exposure of the paddy grains to steam is known as parboiling. Though this process appears to be a very simple process yet the taste as well as aroma gets changed if the normal water is used for steaming. We have a committed parboiling plant furnished with soaking bins that are specially designed and possess censor-based controller for handling the temperature of the water.

Milling Process

The last and the final step of the overall procedure is the milling. In this step the seed grains are made to get exposed to varied sophisticated machines like magnets, Paddy Separators, De-Huskers, Graders, Precision Sizers, De-Stoners, Pre-Cleaners, etc. Our aim is to provide you with the rice of exceptional quality, well refined and nutritious having perfect aroma. This further makes us ensure having environmentally friendly environment that is completely protected against unexpected and unforeseen elements.
