We have a well-equipped hygienic rice mill with a final production capacity of 250 Metric Tons per day to 5500 Metric Tons per month from 4 automated production units. The units are equipped with advanced processing, quality control, packaging and warehousing units, which works in close coordination to cater the rising needs of our clients across the globe.
We also have a big storage facility, which allows us to stock rice in high quantities & under hygienic conditions which further helps us in the timely delivery of consignments. Aiming at client satisfaction and guaranteeing the finest quality in every grain, we undertake stringent quality checks and ensure they meet the international standards.

IMPORT PROCEDURE

We will send you the estimate-We shall send you the best quotation based on the FOR, FOB or CIF.
Proforma Invoice – After finalization of price, we will issue Proforma Invoice on our company’s letterhead mentioning the name of quality, packing size, quantity of the order, total amount of the contract and this invoice shall be signed by the both parties i.e. importer and exporter.
Payment Method – Importing company have to transfer the payment via T/T (Telegraphic transfer) or via Letter of Credit issued from the Prime International Bank as per terms agreed.
Processing / Packing – After confirmation of advance amount or receipt of LC / Letter of Credit in our bank, we start processing and packing of consignment in factory.
Dispatch of Rice – After packaging of rice, the goods stuffed into the container and dispatched for shipping port. At port of loading after completion of custom clearance and other formalities, the container loaded into the vessel and after reaching of consignment at destination port, the buyer can take delivery of goods.
Documents and Certificates – We provide complete documents set as per requirement of the importer’s country rules/law. These documents are Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Fumigation Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate & Lab Test Report (For Pesticide Free Rice only). Any additional demand of certifications & legalisation / attestation of documents will be charged extra (on actual and as per receipt/bill).
